- Are you 18 years of age or older
- Hold a high school diploma or the equivalent, or you are a junior or senior in a high school vocational program in early education.
- Have 480 hours of experience working with young children within the past 5 years in a state-licensed home or center setting.

- Family Childcare Specialization

Obtain 120 Clock hours of training through GHCCA after which we will observe you in a licensed childcare setting working with young children and assist you with completing your Professional Resource File (all of which will be explained in class.)

- $425 assessment fee (paid to the CDA Council)
